Pennsylvania Mentor is seeking a Part time Skill Builder Instructor to facilitate training programs at ouroffices located in Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties for currentand future BHRS contractors. The Skill Builder Instructor will be required to design and createtraining aids, such as manuals, handouts, course exercises and visual aids.
While travel betweenDelaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties is required the "home office"can be located in Broomall, Lansdale, NE Philadelphia or Bethlehem.
Master's Degree in Human Services or Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Education will be considered if applicant has 5 years' experience in the human service's field along with experience facilitating trainings.
At least three years' experience working with children and families
Experience providing training and education
Knowledge of technological options for conducting online trainings
At least one year experience in BHRS.
Travel will be required between Northeast Philadelphia, Broomall and Lansdale offices.
Ability to develop trainings from the ground up.
Experience working with a BHRS Program
Ability to become an FBA certified trainer a plus
