Serves as a resource to clinicians and assessors regarding clinical and technical matters. Coordinates with Director in the day-to-day operations of the department including staffing, service priorities, education needs and dept. communications.
Builds Central Intake team cohesion and fosters professional development among intake staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Mentors and assists in the training of new Assessors and provides oversight for training of Clinicians to promote Best Care. Best Results.
Performs audits of key outcome goals within the department to keep alignment of goals a priority.
Supports the financial and productivity outcomes by monitoring processes within Central Intake and seeking out opportunities for improvement in workflow via CQI principles.
Maintains department data base and monitors data entry quality among staff in the department to ensure accuracy and proper reporting ability.
Promotes Best Care, Best Results by consistently displaying a high level of professionalism in the performance of patient assessment and documentation.
Assists with schedules, payroll, supplies and other tasks as needed under the direction of the Director of Central Intake to ensure a smooth and efficient work flow and office productivity.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Master's degree in a human service discipline ( e.g., social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, public health, education and or health science) or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with a minimum of one year experience in a mental health setting
3-5 years' clinical experience in mental health setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
Model of customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude.
Strong mental health assessment skills
Current License social Worker, License Professional Counselor, or be license-eligible preferred
One year leadership experience preferred
