Grafton's Berryville facility is located 50 miles northwest of Washington, D.C. Grafton Berryville provides a growing continuum of therapeutic programs for children and adolescents.
We are seeking a clinical leader to become an integral part of our management team. This person will direct the activities of the clinical department, residential milieu staff, as well as collaborate in the development of new and innovative programming. We are seeking a candidate who is prepared to work closely with a team of experienced practitioners and administrators towards the goal of implementing treatment that works – we believe in comfort, not control.
Candidates must possess: •Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, counseling or other related clinical graduate degree. A Virginia license is mandatory. •Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential is preferred. Doctorate in Psychology preferred. Exceptional candidates with other credentials will be considered. •At least 5 years experience providing clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff with a population of children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance, developmental disability, or both. •A clear orientation towards trauma-informed practice, and implementation of treatment with high fidelity to established empirically-based methodologies. •Experience working and collaborating in multidisciplinary treatment teams. •Also prefer experience writing clinical treatment goals, developing data collections systems, and outcomes oriented practice.
