Centra Wellness Network (CWN) is seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join a highly professional and fun loving staff in our Med Services Team as a Mental Health Clinician for our Opioided Health Home. CWN Mental Health Clinicians provides recovery-based clinical services to individuals with severe mental illness, and/or severe emotional disturbances, and/or developmental disabilities, co-occurring disorders or substance use disorder leading to personal recovery. The mental health clinician provides therapy using best practice models of treatment in behavioral health and substance use disorders, assessments, and treatment planning as well as facilitation of therapeutic and psychoeducational groups. The mental health clinician serves as a liaison for the OHH with community partners, providers and with other departments within CWN. They assist in the championing of practice transformation based on health home principles
Preferred Candidates for this position are Master Level Social Workers with full license from the State of Michigan. Consideration also made for licensed Master Level Clinicians in other related fields of practice applicable to the treatment of Behavioral health and SUD, and a combination of education and experience which results in the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential job functions of the job. Must have certification as CAADC (Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or have made application and working toward completion of requirements outlined by Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals
